According to Wikipedia's list of punk rock albums (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_punk_rock_albums), there were several punk rock albums released in the 1980s, so anyone who was hoping for the Punk Covers Fest to win can still submit their punk rock cover. It just has to have been released in the 1980s.

Wow, that came up from behind - thought Punk Songs would win ! Anyway, it gives a vast range of songs and genres so hope it's a successful fest.
