This one is a gift.

A birthday present.

This tune wasn't composed by me, but my great friend, and musical partner, Roberto, "robtob" here on Songcrafters. Roberto composed it in 1973 and I always thought, and still think, it's really a great, great tune. All these years I've kept this melody - and its chords - in my mind.

Now, actually Roberto is recovering from a very serious health problem, so...Roberto, this one is my gift for your birthday, tomorrow 9 November.
Please get well soon, it's been too long since our last collaborations...

Guitar: YES!!!  :) It's my Yamaha SA2200 going into the Kemper Profiler amp with a jazzy profile

Very nice birthday present! I do hope Roberto is feeling better soon.

Love the Bossa Nova feel on this track, and your vocalizing here reminds me a bit of the great João Gilberto. Wonderful stuff.

Cool jazzy stuff enjoying it lots, some excellent keyboard work and cool jazz guitar too, an excellent listen!!

Very smooth here Alfredo. Lovely guitar work and a very nice arrangement all round. Great production as well. A great present for your friend.

Excellent jazz number! Could be from a movie soundtrack from the Seventies - especially on the sax spots... Enjoyable solo guitar work from 3:30>

guess what jukie I am listening to?  2018....I am a sucker for a good sax.... very cool Doc!  and I really like the "vocals".....that sort of thing works really well for me...
