Damian sent me this a few days ago, but been working my wee soxs off in new job, so struggled with time to work on the tune he sent. Still knackered and no ideas for a lyric, i thought Shakespeare sonnet festival mmmm. and like the lazy bugger I am, i chose sonnet LIX (59) cos it was the year i was born and somehow got it to fit.
Hope you don't mind that i didn't come up with an original lyric Damian.

Excellent!! poetry fits very well!!
It´s always a great moment for me when there is a song from "The Longhair Tigers" just finished and today is one of those days.
I love that music. It's really good. And if I hadn't known any better, I'd have thought this was not a collab with an all original lyric. It fits so darn well. Nicely done all around!
I added a minor organic in the second verse and a final mastering to the song.
It's fine to hear new music from you, Damian! Inspiring piece of music. Nice entry to the fest, gents!
Thank you so much for the nice words guys!
Ye verily good Sirs, thou hast made Master Shakespeare's sonnet thine own !
Pete
Top class collab guys,
Well done...
Alex.
I really like this one. Sounds like Peter Gabriel meets Peter Hammill. The music is really atmospheric, very cleverly put together and it sounds fantastic. You've done a great job of making the vocals sit very well in the mix, and of course it's a great performance from Jim. Very nice work guys, a really intriguing listen.

Exactly what I was thinking. This is brilliant. I like your idea here James, well performed. Brilliant music as well. Glad to see reunited geniuses using their talents.
Dudes, sonnet on!

Yes this has a quirky 70's prog feel to it which can't be a bad thing at all. Excellent work.
