An old song but timeless song ... since I rediscovered it interpreted by an American in Paris Josh Turner

the story of this song
In 1924, Jean Lenoir, annoyed by his altercation with his friend Mistinguett, in the night that follows and under the breath of inspiration, writes and composes Tell me about love. The song, "orchestrated and ready to sing", remains five years in his cartons before Jean Lenoir gives it, without conviction, to a young beginner singer who came to ask him. She interprets it on the stage of L'Européen where Lucienne Boyer discovers it and immediately comes to demand it from Jean Lenoir. It is a considerable success both in France and abroad since it is translated into 37 languages
My cover is based on Howard Alden arrangement. This is the version he wrote and recorded for Woodie Allen's "Sweet And Lowdown". This song is the first song Emmett plays when he first appears on stage in the film.
For the joke I added a verse (the verses are not in the arrangement of Alden) imitating the sound of the old 78 rpm because it is a song of 1924
Thanks for listening guys

updatea small modification on the equalization of 78-rpm simulation crunch sounds to make them more acute ;)
It's lovely JP but I'd like to hear it without the crackling.
OK without cracling for you Hilary ;) ...and may be a complete singing version with all verses and chorus next days ;D
hey hey, just to show you the back of my guitar Alan Garcia Torre .. it's my most beautiful guitar, Spanish luthier guitar back and the sides are in Rio Rosewood, it's a wood that is now forbidden in the cup since 1992 because it is endangered
I was able to benefit from a wood cut previously and stored by the luthier ..
