I found this "backer" (for vocals, not lead however) that I wanted to attempt to match the guitar tone with my new 69 RI thinline tele. I think I got it close as it's hard to tell me from the original except I can't play it yet and am too loud. :P
Been a long time since I heard CH, but this sounds mighty fine to me!!!!
GREAT playing !!!!!

Thanks much! I'd add the backer for anyone that wants it but can't figure out how? ??? No option now to add an attachment. Did they change something?

I think so! Seems like the only place to add attachments is in collabs!.
cheers

Oh hardlock this is really nice. I can't tell whos playing what so you must have done and excellent job!
very good!
Almost too good!
Did you do both the backer and lead?
If so, this genre must run through your blood.
We cant leave a tune and come back to it with the same vice.
Killer licks? 8)

Thanks! Not my backer and it already has a slide lead going in it. Mine is just picked and over the top so since I managed to get nearly the same tone, it's sometimes hard to tell what's me. Just figure the sloppy one is my playing. :)
Here, I posted a separate link just for the backer:

Enjoy!
This is great! Very good improv skills - you did manage to get the same tone as the backer, which I assume ain't easy!
I like Canned Heat - Used to listen to the cover Jeff Healy did a lot - Can't remember the name of it...
Nice Post!
Peace,
Mark

That's a very tasty dish. I love the tone, the playing, and the really authentic feel of this. It's MAGIC! :)
