Here is a video of the song Johhny and myself wrote.
I had originally thought about doing it like a studio shoot but then I had an idea.
The song is about a guy reflecting on himself and his mistakes, looking in the Mirror and
not liking what he sees.
Its like his reflection is an alter ego that he recognises for all his mistakes.
Anyway I was wanting to learn about a film process called cloning for a while but it turns out my version(an older one) does not have the masking facility but there was a long drawn way around it and I got there in the end.
Johnny ended up in the picture on the wall lol but I think theres a cool interaction between the two kens here ;D
especially when Johnnys lead comes in.
which brings me to another point, trying to sync Johnnys guitar leads in a video is like throwing a lasso on a tornado ;D
Hope you like it.

Dude, seriously cool video. You are becoming quite the director. Synching is a huge pain in the ass.
Rock on!
Blown away. Love the cloning.

I'm not usually a huge fan of your videos, I don't like all the visual effects as I'd rather just see someone singing and playing but I love this one. I love the body language on the sofa and the way you mirror the hand gestures and the way you've kept Johnny in the shot (where's the cap gone, I liked the cap).
Fabulous!
WOW....
This is just Brilliant,
Brilliant Music and Brilliant Vid....
Well done to you both........

Cheers dudes,I regard the videos as another firm of expression and a good way to catalogue and look back at what I was doing at that time.
Transitions and effects are another part of the learning curve that I'm on making these things.
I love the end process but as Hook said some parts can be frustrating.
Anyway thanks for the comments.
Brilliant work on the video, Kenny! If it's any consolation... if trying to sync the video to my lead parts is like "throwing a lasso on a tornado"... it's just as hard fro me to go back & work out what I played & them mime to it convincingly. I was cursing myself for playing those twiddly bits on this one ;D
Excellent work on this video! I like the interaction of the two Kens with Johnny in the mirror. You are getting quite good at this video-ing Kenny!

Awesome video! Good idea and execution is successful! Very pro. Good job with acting Kenny! Great song also and beautiful guitar-playing!
Big wow, guys!
What a powerful performance, both on music and video! Very professional video directing!
The outro is icing on the cake!
Magnificent video; well conceived and well executed. I know how much effort goes into to creating a video this good, and I know how frustrating it can be to synchronise content that's not timecoded. Kudos.
But that's not the best bit. The best bit is the sound, the song. The guitar playing is superb, the vocals are outstanding, the entire offering is seriously professional.
Well done both of you.

Back for more. Just wanted to say I appreciated the apt simile.
Loved this track and video.

Listened to this a little earlier, but just getting to commenting now... this is a great tune guys. It's very original and the melody is great, a real grower...
Great singing and blinding guitar Johnny... lovely fluid playing. The video is great, helps hit home the lyrics too.
