Sorry we have posted "Take Me to the River" before, but I thought this captured the reckless abandon indicative of our second sets (4-5 beers into the evening). It has a certain warty charm. Perhaps it's the almost aggressive apathy of the crowd.
Live from a local eatery. Auxiliary out from the mixing board straight into my original Micro Br. Had to squash this MP3 a tad.
Hope all is well out there. Work has been a bear since school started up again.
Peace.

Fantastic live performance!! And the recording...it's just amazing! Sounds like you would have recorded it with top professional recorder!
Well done, Blooby and Lurker! Enjoyable listening!
:o Gobsmacked ... Completely
Excellent recording & performance.
Very, very, cool. 8)
Yes, what a great recording. I can hear the punters chatting away in the background while you sweat it out over your guitars.
Terrific all around. Great dynamics.

Outstanding guys, really excellent perfirmance. Blooby, I would love to see a pic of your pedal spread for a live gig, what looper do you use? I have an itch for the big ass boss one...
Rock on!
WOW !
Just love it !!
Fab guys !

It was a Lexicon JamMan, but I recently switched to a Boss (the one with two tracks).
John mercilessly teases me about the extensive array at my feet. It has certainly caused a headache or three at soundchecks. Ironically, I show up to electric jams usually with just an amp and a Tube Screamer.
Thanks for the favorable comments, people.

I sent this to Bruce because I don't have the software to properly prep the piece. In my view, it's the guitar that makes this noteworthy. Bruce was all over it. My vocal gaffs are just few enough to minimize distractions from his virtuosity.
Actually, Bruce cut off a few minutes of noodling from the beginning. It was awesome. He's so selfish not to share it with you. Bad Blooby! The best part of it was that I wasn't on stage yet.
Thanks for the link, impressive array. That's my looper too, I want that big one.
Rock on!
Crikey you are so good together, I'd love to see you perform . . .
Wow that's soo good. What a great live sound. I still have your museum of oddities card in my wallet. It's on its way to disney land in Paris today :-)
Blooby, you have mastered that looper, the last time I tried to use one. I couldn't get the damn thing to stop. That pedal board is impressive. Super anmd silky guitar playing, awesome. Lurker, the vocals are outstanding. Reminds me lots of Bad English (what a great band that was).
Brilliant guys

This is superb! Brilliant stuff!
love the songs you've recorded here , my type of music, thumbs up once again, top notch. tonyc
Yes a fine sound for live!. A great job of both songs
Live is always good but this is a fantastic recording and the performances rock! I used to "try" to limit myself to 3 pedals for gigging by using a boss three space pedal board....but it never seemed tp work. Somehow an extra pedal or two would end up on the floor next to it. Nice effects in your gig bag Bloopy!
Farrell
You just cant beat live recordings
this is a goody.
Well done you two
