the blue nile did this on later in 1996 but the song is much older.
for guys my age it's a touchstone.
i had intended to do a big production and throw everything including the kitchen sink at this.
however two comedians where heckled in glasgow today.
so i dropped my trousers for a stripped back version.

finally got it down to three chords.
i think they where G, A5 and Am but Am with the third finger off the fretboard. oh and I had a capo on third fret.
