We miss our old hen. This is an excellent henny song that I haven't heard in a while - great choice, James!
I dig the Juno/orh treatment on (the drums at the beginning brought 'Blue Monday' to my mind for some odd reason). And the Juno is nice-n-icy, as we like it. Great tribute to a great Songcrafter.
I like this...........a lot.......its struts so epic sounding, well-spring bubbling forth kind of vibe. Lovely man, lovely...........a lot.
Nice one James, great sound.........Alex
Cool arrangement!! Some great juno additions and emotional vocal! Great tribute!!
Well done brother, very beautiful version of Hen's fabulous song.
Fest On!
Hey ho! Wonderful, like Mercury Rev! Love it.
Ain't it funny how when someone covers one of your own songs, it always sounds like a 'real' song?
Excellent Jim!!

Now that was a surprise. A a bloody marvelous one too. Wow !!!
Excellent rework of a Henny song. You really nailed it James ! Fabulous cover of one of my favourite songcrafters by one of my favourite songcrafters!
Tribute on!
Remember the original very well with that wonderful full retro organ sound
Great tribute this Jim, particularly like that driving deep bass which sits nice and prominent in the mix, with those Juno keys floating over the top.
Big vocal too, lots of variation in the delivery and the last part in particular is a real nod to the original.
Great stuff, I love Tributes Fests!
Dig those swells & arpeggios!
Love it.

This is brilliant, the thing I love about the tribute fest is that people that came into the site later than others are suddenly discovering great tunes that they previously missed by listening to the new versions and then following the links to the original.
A great version of a great song.
Magic.
