Missed the original, so went back for a listen and discovered a complete gem which reminded me a lot of The Foo's with that heavy driving rhythm, and I have always been a fan of distorted vocals and thought that they married up with the music perfectly. The vocal melody is totally ace!
As for the cover, totally different in style, but translates so well. I love it when that "Urgent" Uke goes into super speed on the Chorus.

I had forgot the original, so went back at it. While listening it, I thought how you would do your interpretation...
