This is a woman singing a radio ad for Rainbow Bread. Wierdly compelling... kind of. And she keeps getting it wrong! Good singing though :D
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7Ca_25XvNg
I've got nothing man....just laughs~ and I'm shaking my head >:( ;D It was compelling...I watched the whole thing...too bad you can't hear the last 40 seconds.
...And I really want to believe her that all 3 brands are "fresh" and "nothing can be beat- when she sits down to eat", but my heart is still telling me to be a tad precaucious. Reminds me of my childhood ~ I used to sing along with all the radio jingles when I was a young buck.....still do 8) 8)

Man, I had to come back and watch it again LMAO:D :D.........ok 8)
BTW, does anybody know who she is??? Kelly???
When this gets inside your head, it's there to stay.... ! :D
Love how she's so into the singing just like we would be for a take, except it's "Rainbow bread" she is singing about! Guess when you need to make bread out of music (ha ha) you have to be that way. Glad it's just for fun in some ways.
Cheers,
Nigel
I'll get you back Tim >:( ;D I've got bloody Rainbow bread in my head ;)
It does bring in the dough ;D
Eddy
Hmmmm.....never heard of her. Now, why do I keep coming back here?!....LOL! damnit! :D :D
THE ANSWER from Johnny Hooper:
"That session was done at Goodnight Audio in Dallas, Texas sometime in the 80's.
The singer is Kelly Crane, the daughter of pianist Freddy & Lucy Crane that worked in the recording business here in Dallas. The producer who is is talking to her is Kenny Sutherland, who did a series of Radio & T.V. ads for "Rainbow Bread".
As I recall, the background vocalist are Carolyn Brooks, Debby Hooper, Johnny Hooper, and some others that I don't remember." Thanks Johnny!

I like the way she looks so p*ssed off singing it, but still puts some heart into the vocal. I'm feeling the need to watch this every day too :D :D :D

Uh, lemme just say...I object to your "bump" and if there was ever a reason for a forum to not allow bumping, I think this would be an excellent reason. :D
If you havent seen the above clip...please do yourself a favor and go on living without knowing...and if you do catch yourself watching it, I hope for your sake you stopped it after the first "WTF?" moment...total (terrorist)ear bomb. :o

That was only mildly annoying...I watched it twice...even forwarded the link to some friends.
Being a veteran of jukebox warfare, I like to serve this one upto unsuspecting country music fans with the "play it now" option. Youll instantly wanna hit stop, but youll stay for the chainsaw solo!

Ha ha ha!!!! Who'd want to touch HIS ta-la-la and ding-ding-dong?! The cheesiest Euro-pop ever. How can something so repellant be so catchy?! And how come I can't think of titles like 'Ding Dong Song'?! Probably a number one in Lithuania, lol.
Gunther is Swedish... apparently. This song got to number 3 in Ireland (how?!), and number 8 in Norway. According to a website...
"Günther is currently working on a new album with the working title Dirty Man Swedish Sex Beast... ".
:D
OMG!!!! I can't believe I just watched the whole thing!!!!! Gunther, WTF? I feel dirty all over, thank god we are in the middle of the Neilfest, I need to go an listen to every NY cover we all did now just to cleanse myself and get my mind back.
I couldnt watch much of the Gunther *barf*
