Yeah I know it was Lally Stott who wrote it and first recorded it, but it's so much more "fun" watching Sally Carr ;D ;D
When looking for 70s song, this got stuck in my head ....... just had to get it out ........ sorry :-\

;D ;D ha ..... that is actually a brilliant version, and much funnier than the original. Børre & Gibb is actually Tom Mathisen and Herodes Falsk, two brilliant comedians that had an impact on all kids growing up in the 70s .... Together with Jan Teigen they had a group called Prima Vera that had some hits with quite absurd covers. I had not seen this before tho' so thanx 64G for finding this !!!
I remember this big hit from my childhood. Very catchy tune, almost an ear worm! Top class performing all around! Nice harmonies and excellent drum track as well!

This is fantastic, Geir. And I like the key change at the end - I've never got the hang of those, lol. Way better than the original. And a very evocative song from my childhood :-)
Yehhhhh, nice one there, and to add to old rotten heads story,my mate(back in the days when I used a live drummer) bought the electric drum kit ( A TAMA) from middle of the road and I was there with him when he bought it and they told us it had been used in big festivels etc,so we are all connected in some mad way here lol.
Anyway good track Geir .
Superb. I love it.

I remember the Børre & Gibb version. Fantastic lyrics: ser du en banan? Kaller du den Jan? ;D
Your version has higher musical quality. A lot of bacing vocals here, nice done.
Just the way I like it.

This 70's fest is doing me no favours.
Great version of a dreadful song Geir :)
Yes sir, I don't take my hat off very often, unless someone's paying me, but I do take my hat off to you! Excellent cover...outragmantastical!
Rock on!
Sounds like you had so much fun - oh I REALLY want to sing it in Norwegian now, thanks 64!
