Some people may know that my life has been going through some really big changes lately , i.e , Marriage breakdown , house sale , heavy workload , probably won't be entirely back into music for about 2 months .
Anyway , this is the new Zoom Q3 HD Handy recorder with quality stereo sound , hopefully this is how we will record all our future songs for Youtube video's , then use the BR 800 for the tabletop recording that we will post alongside it to Songcrafters , hope you like it
Rob
This is very cool guys. Great performance and great fest entry! Sorry to hear about the life stuff, my thoughts are with you and I will enjoy this and your other posts until the next one!
Rock On!
Great job guys! Excellent vocals, as always, and the guitars sound great too.
I noticed a level drop in the video at about 0:34. Is that the Q3's automatic level control kicking in? Maybe you should try switching auto level off next time.
Also, I'd try connecting the BR-800's Line Out to the Q3's Line In. This disconnects the Q3's mics so it's recording just from the BR.
Really awesome cover guys!
Loved the video as well!

This is great stuff! Love the Beatles, but this is a song I rarely listen to. When I do, I wonder why. This is an awesome cover.
Awesome performance and video, guys - very, very well played and sung! You should be playing live, if you're not already. :)
Sorry to hear about the stress, Rob - I know the feeling on the work front myself (grinding). I hope your music helps to lighten your cares, as it certainly brings joy to those listening.
Taking a listen to the BR-800 recording now...superb!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vIPb_2J6gWAYes 64 that was the auto kicking in , must remember to take it off next time , good idea about the line in to the BR , reason i bought this baby was mainly because i was using my iPad to film the other vids , then having to remove the bad audio and replace with the BR recording , that took to much time , with this , i can upload to youtube almost as soon as ive finished the filming using the handyshare utility built in the camera , then just add the audio from the BR when i upload to Songcrafters

Hi Rob, great song and a great vid (nice to see AK too). I hope life's sorting itself out for you - love and light . . .
very well done - sorry to hear about your troubles - it seems far too common these days. I just went through a similar situation - just months ago it sort of concluded.

It looks a great bit of kit - could it work with the BR80 too 64Gs?
Sounded perfect to me - vox are great, as usual.

It should work with any recorder that has a Line Out, which includes the entire BR series.
