Your mother is crying, your father can't hide
The young man who murders has got nothing inside
His victims are trying to find reason in grief
Their eyes are left open with nothing to see

So where can we run to, where can we hide
What's news in our papers brings a tear to my eye
Our heroes are dying, have fallen from flight
Our dreams are left laying in the dark of this night

I particularly like the snare during the intro and the vocal treatment in the chorus. I think the snare may just be reverb and compression, but it strikes me as a little different to run of the mill snare sounds. The whole production is great.
