My favorite band... of "Virtual" missfits... "Stepping Stone"... has went and covere'd one of the bestest rock bands ...EVER.... "AC/DC".... 5 years ago I would have said to myself "I will never be able to play in a band like this"... Now I can honestly say me dreams are reality... I get to rawk out with some of the best and baddest mofo's on the internet... I'm not kidding when I say this. Mark and Eric... though we've "Never Met".... I truly hope some day we will... It would be an honor to share a stage with you... You're both awesome musicians as well as friends... Thanks for puttin a smile on my face!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D
Now Put your virtual hands together while the Steppin Stone crew covers a legendary band with a legendary song..."Whole Lotta Rosie"...

Technically brilliant throughout...and Eric's guitar playing just blew me away.
Vocal is fantastic, not an easy song to sing but you nailed it.
With Mark's bass line and backing vox anchoring it all together, this really is the perfect package.

Working with you and Mark too. I always do my solos last
Because I need that feel of marks beauty bass and your amazing
drums To give me that rockin feeling and emotion I need to go nuts.
And doing Angus, you need to go nuts. His vibrato playing is
Fierce. Damn this site is busy good lately. ;D

I don't often swear... but f*ck me this is awesome guys...I am literally dancing round my study in my slippers at 8am going babanas with eric's guitar work! Brilliant playing and vox, Todd and Mark, I am literally astounded at how tight this is, and somehow you've got the energy of the 'If You want blood...' live take. You've brought it all back, one of the best live albums ever!

Tight, really tight, great listen
Seriously, how does a colab of this awsome magnitude come about? You're like some kind of virtual supergroup.
I want one...
F*ck me. My favourite ACDC song! And you absolutely blew me away with this cover. Man, when it locked into the hard riff juggernaut I was in heaven. And then that solo! There must have been smoke coming off the fretboard! You guys seriously rock.
I will be listening to this many, many times!
On this day bump...still can't get over how good this is.
Holy crap... its been a year now. Thanks for the bump Tangled Wires... This is just what I needed on a cold snow covered night.
Thank you for bumping this splendid cover. I agree with my brother - Stepping Stone rules.
JOA
and the year go by. I loved recording this. Tod was the man here!
Excellent..... ;D ;D ;D
I listened to this 37.5 times in a row. Because I can, and nobody can do a thing about it!
Yes, just too good any chance of more from this super group!!
Collab from the past ,songcrafters at its best.
Characters long gone it seems but still very much a part of songcrafters.org
Great bump.
I'm still here buddy, just the bass player, plunking away when needed, maybe I'll get the fourth string right sometime. You are awesome Kenny, and obviously my stepping Stone Brothers as well!
What a great Effing cover of Whole Lotta Rosie!!!!!! You guys were/are a Songcrafters' Super Group! Smoking drums/vox from Tod, smokin' bass from Launched, smokin' guitar from Gnasty! I can't believe this is the first time I've heard it. I think it was posted right about the time I joined Songcrafters...about 12 or 13 years ago and it still rocks the house!
Great bump. I thought I'd commented on this before, but nope - so I will remedy that now (better late than never).
Awesome cover, guys - a great combination of talents, and it totally rocks!
Rock on, gentlemen of Stepping Stone. 8)
