So as some of you know I just purchased a Jasmine electric acoustic and finally got a chance to test out some recording.
Sorry nothing original, but paying respects to one of my favorite guitar players, heres a short homage to Randy Rhoads ala the harmony piece from Mr. Crowley
That sounds really great all layered like that. How did you do this, I am curious, because it sounds deadly. Its like a waterfall of guitar.

Thanks for the kind feedback :)
I did 4 tracks, panned the 2 rhythms 50/50 left/right, left is chord picking, right is chord strumming, and the the harmony/lead I panned at 20/20 left/right. Playing it back I am noticing it didn't come out well EQ wise on the mastering, I'll have to check into that, seems to be a problem I have with every mastering.
Oh and I am using GT>P13:CHOR'TWN with my acoustic straight into the guitar in of the MBR.
As with any guitarist- you gotta love Randy Rhoads. To pull off something as good as this- takes a gift- and you defenately have it. Keep it up man! ;)
Very nice. I really enjoyed that. Thankyou!
I think you have to be pretty damn skilled to attempt this one. Luckily you are. And it's beautiful :)

I've been listening to your stuff, and I think this is my favorite. The effects you used on this one are very ethereal and the guitar almost sounds like a harpsichord. Very cool. And very nicely done - an interesting interpretation of a classically-inspired Randy Rhoads lead.
