I asked Greeny to do the vocals for me and he came through with flying colours, as usual. Lots of energy and feeling. Thanks Tim!
All of the music is performed by me and recorded on my BR-864. I programmed the drums in Hydrogen (http://www.hydrogen-music.org/).
Based on the 1959 Top 10 hit version by The Coasters.

Wow! I love all the little details you've added. This one was such a pleasure to sing along to. Have always loved it. Thanks for the invitation!
WOW! That's a wonderful sound. Gorgeous and really perfect arrangement - sound like good old R&R but with kind of 'Elvis Costello super-power pop ! I still wonder how you doing such an arrangement with that simple equipment...
bloody magic
Agree with all the above comments!
BTW what did you use for the "scraper"(?)
I used for my "wendell gee" cover, a vaccum cleaner and a pen ;-)
Now that's what I call a Juke Box song! ;D
Has 'classic' written all over it. Great job on managing all the parts and arrangement!
Love the guitar twang at: You can look but you better not touch... ~twannng~ ;)
I'm scratching all over! Great job guys, production is clean and tight, vocals are superb!
Rock on!
Superb job gents!!!!
Nice to hear your guitar work 64gtrs!! It is great! I've read a lot of the recording/producing tips from you, but this really shows, you can do things in 'real life', too ( I wasn't doubtful about it, though... :) )
Fantastic job on vocals, Tim!!!
Amazing cover and performing!!!

Great job with this! Excellent production and playing, and the vox simply shine.
Outstanding! I love the authentic sound and feel - and it's evident that you both put a lot of love into it! Lots of passion in the vocals, and deep wobble in that guitar. And very nice work on the drums - Hydrogen helps one think like a drummer.
Second listen: Superb!! 8)
I had an itch at my job this morning so I came again to scratch! Gonna have to put this one on my current rotation it really is quite good!
Rock on!
Brilliant music 64, it's always a pleasure to hear you post a song. The detail is stunning. Tim... perfect delivery.

Thanks for the comments everyone. It was nice to finally complete another song for a festival. I must have half a dozen songs that I started for previous festivals and never finished.

Nothing as imaginative as that. I used a Guiro sample from my Yamaha keyboard which I imported into Hydrogen. There were already a couple of Guiro samples in Hydrogen but I didn't like the sound of them for this project. So I tried the one from my keyboard and that seemed to work better.
Totally superior stuff.

Hey it`s about time! Excellent production 64!! I always liked this song and you picked the voice for the job.
Outstanding singing Tim! Really impressive cover!!
