Hi I'm Mell. This is my first post. I recorded this on my Micro BR which I'm still trying to get to grips with. My acoustic guitar playing is pretty rough but thankfully Burtog (my brother) recorded the electric part! Hope to post more tunes soon!

I loved this when I first heard it. Since I've joined, I can now comment on the entrancing vocal. I'd love to lay down harmonies on this track. We did it as a trio for many years.

She needn't feel obliged to do that. I only suggested it because she did such a great job on Landslide and I assumed that she's a fan of Fleetwood Mac. But Landslide is Stevie Nicks whereas "As Long As You Follow" is Christine McVie, who has a different voice which might not be in the ideal range for Mell. So, if she'd rather not do it, I understand and I really don't mind at all. I'd rather hear her do something she's more comfortable with.

I watched the Fleetwood Mac documentry on BBC4 last night. Fascinating how Rumours is like one long slanging match between members of the various couples that made up the band. What a way to have a public break-up.
Always loved this song and I love this version, beautifully performed both. A joy.
I noticed though that what she's describing in the song is more avalanche than landslide...
