When I wrote (Played) the Guitar for this tune It was with TW in Mind.....

I was so impressed with his humanity and clemency towards a family member who could not make it to a family gathering at Thanks giving.

The Guitar track was dedicated to him, with a hint of what I know about festive periods (Namely Christmas...)......

Christmas was always a Time I loved as a Kid.......

And my Dad (Now Gone) Loved it too.... Even though we were Muslims..

Presents.... Food... Reflection......
It was a Time filled with hope, Thanks Giving and love.......
And as Muslims, when we celebrated Christmas, it had to be Traditional!!!!! Wouldn't be Christmas otherwise!!!!

That's why I still Love the occasion so much!!!!!

Keith Landry (Vocals)  and Reefwalker (Strings and bass) from Alonetone Provided the finish to this track.

I Hope you Guys like it.

The song IS what I hold in my heart about Christmas.... Which is why i have a soft spot for it...

Keith Calls it "Christmas in London"......

Hope you like it....

Peace and Good will

-Lyrics-

Winter rolls in from the ocean
Quiet comes over the land
Candles burn a reminder of how to care for our fellow man

Night falling in London
The shortest day of the year
Candles burn a reminder
Silent night drawing near

I pray it snows this Christmas
A blanket of white on the land
Pure as the light of the child
Forgiving the sins of man

Winter rolls in from the ocean
Quiet comes over the land
Candles burn a reminder
Of how we should care for our fellow man

What a fabulously put together tune. I really enjoyed this.  Put me in the mood to drive up to see my family this weekend.

Wonderful vocal delivery as well.

I have to keep slapping mysellf round the face to remind myself why I'm not keen on Christmas - but I am keen on this song.  Brilliant stuff.

BTW - where is that shopping centre Tharek?  There was nothing like that in S Newington last time I went there.  But that was a long time ago....
