This is really good! I get the U2 vibe too, but I also hear shades of an old  ELO track "10538 Overture" in that descending riff & the way the drums kick in reminds me of Bev Bevan a bit. Having said that, it sounds really fresh & original too. Just listening to James' vocal now & it suits the vibe perfectly. Well done chaps!
