Me too.  I've still got a '76 strat that I bought new for less than £300.  Sadly it's not a pre-CBS one but, then again, if it was I'd have to be even older than I actualy am.  And that would not be good....

Hey oldrottenhead maybe the next song festival should be a tribute to Woolies

I really miss Woolworths. There's not many shops (if any) where you can buy light bulbs, CD's, sweets, sellotape and some pyjamas for your kid in a single visit. It's left a big retail gap in my town, that's for sure.

We already did 'Ladybird' with Jemima's Kite. I loved the ladybird buttons on my dressing gown when I was a kid.
