Any Coltrane fans? - Interesting as heck

Don,t know too much about Jazz, but one thing I do know is talent when I hear it and well Mr Coltrane has talent.
The piano and bass are so cool too, really form the basis for Coltrane to perform the fireworks, thanks for the post expanded my musical outlook.

Magic. I'm a fan too. I do like the way the music appears as he is playing. Interesting to note the embelishments he uses, I don't think his fingers let him play a straight note.

i love jazz-i can listen to it for hours drinking beer around a fire with my girlfriend and never once be able to identify who the artist is-lol
but i love it anyway

I'm not much  of a jazz fan myself, although I realize there's a lot of talent and musicality from luminaries like Mr. Coltrane.

However, I do like the some of the jazz by Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band. Okay, it would probably be categorized as Dixieland, but it's got a funny title ('Jazz - Delicious Hot, Disgusting Cold'):
