I recommend you, since it is done by excellent musicians, and without being too technical, they are very informative. I've listened to a few of the podcasts, and I found the ones on drumming particularly good.

Boss effects has some cool podcasts located here.  I really enjoyed the ones on Will Ray and Steve Trovato, two ripping country guitarists in the Albert Lee/Brent Mason mold.  I liked the Skunk Baxter one as well (from Steely Dan to The Doobie Brothers to U.S. counter-terrorism...an interesting guy.).  There are others with Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Paul Gilbert, Keith Wyatt and others.

There's also a podcast just on Boss effects, which was interesting in parts. It's located here.
