Ha I was.  It was only 12 degrees on the beach and I needed something to keep me warm.  So there can be no doubt, 3/4 of a bottle of cheap port after a few beers will give you a headache the next morning.

Australian Salmon ... which isn't actually related to atlantic salmon at all.  Has white not pink flesh.  You have to bleed and gut them as soon as you catch them or they don't taste great - which means you can then only use them to make thai fishcakes.
