Help! I Got A Tune In My Head (and I don't know what it is!)

Reggae, 70's I think... two chicks singing/rapping...words something along the lines of....
  'When You see me on the street and t'ing...'
     the 'and t'ing' ends most of the verse lines.
       I'm going out of my tiny mind...

             Someone, Somewhere....

                HELP!
