Soundclick Link-How-To Needed Please.

Could somebody please tell me how you use the [soundclick]-[/soundclick] link.  What URL do I paste in between?  The player?   The page?  I tried them all and all I get is "Undefined" but the player comes up.  My next song I want to post exceeds 5 megs so I have to post this way.

Thanks so much, 64!  I thought the limit was 5 megs so my song at 5.66 will fit after all, but it's good to know this info too, just in case the need ever arises.
