So, it looks like the next fest is going to be 'Plugged In". I am a complete loss of what to do.

So... I am proposing... After posting many things here, in all kinds of styles, I am asking you...

WHAT SONG SHOULD I DO???

I'll give it a couple of days, and whatever looks to be the most anyone agrees with, that will be the one I'll do!

Please help me! I don't mind a good challenge, so pick anything. If you think something would suit me, or whatever. Please let me know.

Thanks ;)

Gnasty

Umm i was thinking the same thing Sai. Us Metalheads think alike.  ;D

I`m gonna scroll through my songs and see what i come up with. Do Simon & garfunkel or maybe Neil Young. Now there starting to come out!!

I always liked London Bobby's version:  ;D

Puff the tragic faggot
Worked for the CBC
And frolicked in the corridors
His knickers 'round his knees

Puff the tragic faggot
Wasn't like you and me
We like girls but he liked boys
He was rather queer you see

One day in studio seven;
Puff met his friend John Gay
And there behind the scenery
He quickly made his play

John began to giggle.
Puff began to smile
For he had finally found someone
To play with him awhile.
They were seen together for years and years,
Puff and his friend John
Then one day in the props department
a new boy took Puff on

Johnny was deserted.
Puff no longer came
So Johnny finally changed his ways
And now he's chasing dames.

Puff the tragic faggot
Worked for the CBC
And frolicked in the corridors
His knickers 'round his knees

Puff the tragic faggot
Wasn't like you and me
We like girls but he liked boys
He was rather queer you see

Not sure who it's by, but look up "No Charge". I used to have a version by Johnny Cash which was quite acoustic... the sickly UK hit was some woman, can't remember who.

Actually, would Bobby Goldsboro's "Honey" count as acoustic for this? (It's actually one of my favourite songs, I have been thinking of covering it for my own personal edification, just to see if I can do a version that doesn't sound so mawkish :D)

Is just a piece of paper
