This is a song I wrote back in February, and posted as part of fawm.org (february album writing month)... I don't know if folks are allowed to post 'old' stuff, tho this is not all that old, but as it's  a (fictional) story about a musician getting famous over the internet, (for a start.. theres more to the story as the song expresses) I thought it'd be fun to post here. It's  inspired musically by my playing some bossa-nova, and specifically some antonio carlos jobim songs.. with alot of that  ii-V-I movement and flat nine chords that are used alot in jazz standards, bossa nova, etc.

Recorded (I think) with my Taylor 814 guitar, (a few tracks), vocal,  and bass
enjoy!

Wow, what a nice tune! To me, this is definitely the kind of tune you would hear during the opening credits of a good movie. Well played, well sung, great choice of chords. Love how this could be either jazz, or pop acoustic, or somehow "2010 folk". Once again, great work.
