Why not try a Haier Ibiza? It's a little old but you can't beat the price, about 100 USD for the 30gb model on Amazon.  I have one and it gets great sound with my Koss headphones.

i just purchased a samsung yp q2 for the bargain basement pprice of £45, was ex display but pristine, am well impressed with everything about it.
