I would like very much to post my sincerest big fat THANKS to all of those (and there are many) who have taken the time to shove some really useful and helpful information onto this site and thus into my spare bedroom (which is'nt spare any more so no you can't).
 I still find that the manual for the MBR leaves a bit to be desired, but maybe I'm iggoorunt. But thanks to this site I feel like I'm starting to make some headway. So FANKS once again for all the help.
Frustration is my middle name.

I've never looked at the manual. This site was a very able teacher  :)

Glad it's all coming together. It only takes a few recordings to get over the (intially daunting) learning curve.
