Quote from: Gritter on January 21, 2010, 03:58:02 PMCool clip! Can't be his 30th birthday though. It's got to be his 50th.

Think it was Bob's 30 years in music. Some of the comments below the Youtube Vid ask: Who's the drummer, who's on Piano/organ?

Two drummers: I'd bet Jim Keltner and Stan Lynch of the Heartbreakers...if Ringo was there the camera would probably have gotten a shot of him.

Just watched the Live version again...Neil Young's solo's better than Clapton's.
Sh*t, all this is just so heartfelt. And the b*st*rds make it look ALL so easy!!

Quotewho's the Musical-Director guy on stage with guitar?

G.E. Smith: He used to be Saturday Night Live's band (music) director for years in the 80's and 90's.

GTR - Thanks for the verification info. And didn't the guy do well?!!

Also it has to be said, anyone on the Forum who's in the slightest bit apprehensive etc about their singing voice (very much myself included), should take a listen to Bob D's attempt at singing his own song on these video clips.
