OsCKilO

My first post of 2010......

I would just like to take this opportunity to thank you all...

Before March 2009 I "Played Guitar".....

By this I mean :-

"I was able to play the most memorable 20 seconds of a song that I liked..... Was quite pleased that I could... And considered this Playing Guitar......"

1st of January 2010.......

I have over 60 songs (Full songs...Good or bad.... that last Over 20 seconds....)  to my name........ Ten Months on...... From Being on this site!!!!!

This is completely due to the feedback and Influence of every person on this site that has taken a moment out of their lives to help me develop as a musician!!!

Without you all, I would still be a "twenty second man"......

This has been a ten month Music diploma for me......
And I'm still learning!!!

You Guys have offered me a new Peace to my life, as well as new friendships......
True Friendships....

Apart from being blessed with my Family, the only other thing that I am thankful for in terms of what 2009 offered me, I am thankful for the people on this site!

Thanks for helping me become who I am today... I thank God for this!!!!

I now perform live on stage....
I didn't do that ten months ago...

I now have a means of expressing myself....
I didn't have that before to the extent that I do now!!!!!!!!

Thank You!!!!
You all have helped me do things I never dreamed of doing!

Peace and Blessings to you all

Thanks Again!!!

Hey T - That's a great and inspirational story. To accomplish what you have done in less than a year is utterly amazing.

I know you have inspired many on this board (including myself). Thank you for all your encouraging comments in 2009.

Cheers to you in 2010!

I've really enjoyed your journey and am amazed at how far you have come in just one year. You will go a lot further in 2010 I am sure. And you are having such a blast as well!

Let's hope we can meet up again - the Xmas break went far too fast so perhaps when the weather is better....

Cheers,

Nigel (my resolution for 2010 is to finish Sail/Drifting Away....)
