whilst i was on holiday in spain, ken (hooper) sent me a basic track of this, i just had had a quite trippy day having had a yoga massage with my daughter and meeting an american veteran of the vietnam conflict, the guy was 61 years old and looked about 40 we chatted about life and music and well the conversation and experience informed the lyrics.

since the original track the song has been through many variations and changes this morning i got this i my email, to say i'm pleased with the results is an understatement ken you never cease to amaze me, the hairs on the back of my neck went up at this one. muchos gracias senor ken
I've come this way like those before me
And those yet still to come
It fills me with a sense of wonder
To watch the rising sun

how many times
how many souls
Have acted out these scenes
It fills me with a sense of wonder
The simple act of being

There's no today there's no tomorrow
There's only here and now
What's past is past
No time for sorrow
I don't know why or how

how many times
how many souls
Have acted out these scenes
It fills me with a sense of wonder
The simple act of being

little things
That We all take for granted
The everyday
Is extraordinary

I'm pleased to meet you
And hope one day
That we will meet again
But if we don't I will remember
Will you remember me

how many times
how many souls
Have acted out these scenes
It fills me with a sense of wonder
The simple act of being

 little things
That We all take for granted
The everyday
Is extraordinary

It's a superb track guys, Ken's arrangements, playing and production are up to his usual incredible quality, James, your singing is wonderful, fragile and full of emotion.

The two of you should be the new Paul and Art. It's right up there with the best of the pros.

I lost my power of language after the first listen, I've had time to have some lunch and digest the song and the salad, so I can comment using meaningful combinations of letters and spaces and punctuation. But there was a moment where I thought that this had robbed me of all the words I previously had.

It's stunning guys. Well done. This is better than excellent.

A total Pro job here gents.  This may be my favorite ORH vocal (well at this point in time anyway - real nice job), goosebumps indeed.  The music is perfect Hooper, I can't even begin to understand how you got it all to sound so good.

This is awesome in the true sense of the word.........

I'm so struck by this tune, I'm not even going to taint it by sticking the seal of awesomeness on it........ It is beyond that......
