According to http://www.teenchatdecoder.com/, it means "Right! (Your Right)". I assume that "Your Right" is teen-talk for "You're right". When I was in school, one of the subjects I had to study was English. I guess it's no longer taught.

We'll be able to complete a 25 minute discussion in seconds before long. It's a shame to me, because I love good conversation  

There was a drastic literal and linguistic change in the United States during the early 1800's. I wonder if the same thing is happening now. The density in vocabulary is astounding - I cringe when I see teenagers converse via text messaging, but the efficiency blows my mind. These people will be doctors, lawyers and engineers in adulthood. It will be interesting to see what happens!
