how to play other folks downloads

hi new to forum micro coming tomorrow was wondering how i can access soundfiles on this part of forum thanx

if you want to download files posted here just click once on the mp3 track usually highlighted in blue.
if you want to post an mp3 of your own work click on the additional options tab which is below the box you type in when making a new post or replying to a post.
does that make sense
