Ok ... this feels like "skijumping after Wirkola" ....... or singing after Peter Gabriel  :o

But Jim insisted I'd give the vox a go myself so here it is ....

Since the last version where ORH sang, I've replaced his lead vox and added another harmony vox on the chorus + added some piano (and an extremely faint bass)

The Guitarist will always be able to better place the lyrics to the tune as it is his song....

absolutely wonderful geir, i knew you could do it,  your voice carries so much weight, maturity, depth and emotion, you have a very powerful instrument there. but for me the best thing is hearing my words sang by you as was my original intention.

I love that little 'lift' at the chorus, where the melody takes off. Damn, this is so fine. Beautiful writing from the pair of you, and performed with real depth and skill. So very lovely. I can't believe there's anybody who wouldn't be moved by this one.
