Loving the guitar work in this one and overal arrangement, and that panning is great. This song is "crying" out for a vocal!!!

Woo! Crazy stuff going on in there - you create amazing soundscapes :)

How did you do the panning? Was that on the MBR? Not sure I'd use it to that extreme myself - but it's really effective on here.

Is just a piece of paper
To say a few lines
Make up my mind

Yes trippy, grooving, drone like.  What the hell vocal to put over this?  You know the only thing I can hear in my head is ORH, maybe because you have done a bunch with him lately, it is the only voice I can hear here.  And of course he would really make something of this anyway.  Almost arabic sounding in places.  It is like music you would hear if you were flat on your back in an opium den, smoke swirling all around, this music floating around.  And your sister wanted something more mainstream?  LOL, was she happy with this little gem.  You know a monster bass line would anchor this whole thing nicely...any bass players out there?  And ORHs vocals floating over tho top like a bird floating over the top of the opium smoke below.  Crazy cool stuff T.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Went to Terry's to do a Lyric for "Cry"..... Ended up doing this on my own... Was too Pissed off...

Instead of doing the lyrics, had a stand-off with a Street-Gang armed with Bottles after they decided to rip the Petrol cap off my Car.

Why did they do it.......?

Who Knows.........

They are Kids....

They think they are owed respect......Even Though they are Children/Teens....

They really don't know any better.....

Whatever the reason, they are wrong!

After the initial stand-off, I asked why they did it....

I didn't see who did it and they weren't admitting to anything, so I left it.....
They seemed ashamed when they were talked to rather than shouted at (I did at first...)......

Doesn't replace my petrol cap though.

This song is about how People are feeling about street crime and Thoughtless Gangs of Kids.

And how angry they are that they are constantly getting hurt by these Children...

This is called "Tears From the Sun".

Jeez, glad you didn't get hurt, T - I would hate to see that happen :( Standing up for yourself is hard sometimes, isn't it?

You are an artisan, Tharek!! This is great - Attention getting vox and really cool guitar work(Like I said in the first post).

The double tracked Edit:(Multi tracked!!!) singing parts are awesome - You have something going good there.

Overall, a gigantic can of whup-ass was cracked open - yeah!!!

Peace as usual,

Mark

PS - I'll be playing this for a while!!

Cheers Mark....!

I was sooooo Pissed off at this buch of kids that I had to use it in the lyrics...

If I were to become violent, It just wouldn't help anyone (me in the least...)..
And they are Just Kids...... I'd find Myself in Prison quicker than I could blink, despite what they did....

Peace Mark
