There must be something going around – a recent uptick in heartbreak songs.

Love the full production, the harmonies, the jangly guitars, and... Farrell beat me to it...

I like your subtle use of the whammy bar through out the song.

I like how that whammy is in the background – adding a little instability, like a guy going through heartbreak, trying not to show it, but the clues are there to anyone perceptive enough to see and hear them.
