I was reminiscing meeting my wife for the first time and wrote this.....Hopefully its not too mushy The tele with an acoustic simulator on the Kemper and even tried a tiny bit of slide ...well three notes the organs were from the Logic Library
Lady you were made to move me
The way you walked with all that beauty
A head so strong it moved my world

You knew just what you wanted
The future didn't have you daunted
To that strength
I had to respond

I'd been burned a thousand  times
And Loneliness was on my mind
Till my eyes saw you enter the room

In your eyes only love and respect
A homeliness
A truth I didn't expect

Break

When our eyes met something happened to me
I can't explain it
But I knew you were meant to be

My heart exploded
My heart came alive
My loneliness had gone I wanted you by my side

Those days of loneliness
They had gone
Now I had got you on my mind

Lady you were made to move me
The way you walked with all that beauty
A head so strong it moved my world

You knew just what you wanted
The future didn't have you daunted
To that strength
I had to respond

Break

Loneliness was on my mind
I'd been burned a thousand  times
Till my eyes saw you enter the room

In your eyes only love and respect
A homeliness
A truth I didn't expect

Lady you were made to move me
The way you walked with all that beauty
A head so strong it moved my world

Brilliant song Trevor, im sure your wife will appreciate it.
Great music, the acoustic sounds good and I love the organs.
Kind of reminds me of a rod Stewart vibe.
I have 2 profiles on this site, (NOW COMBINED INTO ONE PROFILE PAGE)
One is a musical partnership with Keith Allen, ( we record songs as "The Devil's Toupee").
The 2nd one is for my other musical projects and collaborations. (DarrenG)
Thanks for listening.

For me this feels more like Guns and Roses a little mellowed out.

Life is not about the number of Breathes you take, it is the amount of times your breathe is taken away

Pete C

Good song Trev. Like DarrenG and Stephen M I'm also getting an early Rod Stewart and G'n'R vibe to this.

Definitely a Rod Stewart influence, I was thinking that before I started reading the comments - he's made millions singing mushy songs!

Good song, bit (more?) of bass guitar would make it even better I think.

Cool rock stuff, really strong vocal with the vibrato keys and guitar which suit the tune, not too slushy, just cool, hope the missus, likes it too!
