I was having a strum this afternoon and came up with this one ...thanks for listening .....I'm out this evening to go and see Robert Plant  in Salford at the Lowry, Should be a good night. I'm looking forward to it
Your trying to tell me that this love ain't real
Then what in the hell is this I feel
The love of my life has sprung out her cage
She's flying away
Oh far away
I don't really know what to say
But  life is going crazy

Come on baby come home
Come on you know you want be home
Where the love is real and the the lights are low
So come on babe come back home
Oh baby
come back home

I didn't mean a word I said
All that fire was pure zest
I was just acting crazy
you know I love you lady

Your trying to tell me this  love ain't real
Then what the hell  is this I feel
The love of my life has sprung out her cage
She's flown out
Oh far away
I don't know really what to say
My life has gone crazy

Come on baby come home
Come on you know you want be home
Where the love is real and the the lights are low
Come on baby
come back home
Oh baby
come back home

You can trust the words this is no speal
This love I feel is so real
I want to hold close to my heart
Hold you tight after you get home
Come on home
You know you want to be home
Where the love is real and the lights are low
Baby
Come on home

A real good strumming session that strummed up a good song! I like the bluesy rock vocal and words. Have a good time at Mr. Plant's show, Trevor! I wish I could go but the pond is just too wide. You'll have to give a short review of it.

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

DarrenG / The Devil's Toupee

Another good song Trevor. Very nice strumming. It sounds like a song Robert plant would sing actually.
I hope you enjoyed the concert.  :)
I have 2 profiles on this site, (NOW COMBINED INTO ONE PROFILE PAGE)
One is a musical partnership with Keith Allen, ( we record songs as "The Devil's Toupee").
The 2nd one is for my other musical projects and collaborations. (DarrenG)
Thanks for listening.
