John came over the other night, and we mostly worked on recording vocals for another track. After he left, I just wanted to record anything to get some playing in, and this popped out.

Peace.

This is right up my street - psychedelic, contemplative, with droney elements.

Quite a journey - I enjoyed the trip!

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

I hear the Ogre coming. A cool, laidback song with a psychedelic vibe. The bass and drums are quite busy (I like that) and they fit so well with the music. Nicely done!

Reminds me just a tad of very early Journey before Steve Perry when they were unknown.  However a major difference is the drums.  These are perfect and not to much.  I like the distance between the strikes and the volumes.
Your guitar lead is amazing on this.  The bass is just right.  mix is great also

Yeah, this is cool and trippy. There are even twiddly bits (!). That ambience. I think i need some of that.
