This was a collaboration i did with a friend from another music site who has sadly since passed away. The great David joel Carter (aka. DJC) . Some on here will know him.
This is a short punk - rock type track and David's voice just seemed perfect for me when i thought of it.

This is smoking rock music.  Punkish?  Sure!  But that is cool..

Sorry to hear about DJC (I didn't know him).  Obviously he had an impact on you... the vocals fit perfect for this type track.  Lyrics are fitting as well..

this type of track really doesn't seem that far off from late 50's and early 60's twist rock and roll... maybe a bit more angst and distortion otherwise very similar...

An excellent slice of punk rock! The guitar riffing is also excellent. David's voice does fit this song perfectly.
I knew David Joel Carter from another music site, where he was known as "Twank". He has a very recognizable voice and is truly missed. RIP David.

Great rocking stuff from you, Darren. Love the guitar work. Dave and I did a few songs together over the years before he sadly passed away. I don't think he ever got over the loss of his wife and sank into deep depression in the last years.

Super little track. I didn't know David, but sad to hear he is no longer with us. Very punky but that guitar is just a bit too cool for punk in my book, very impressive. Great track, loads of energy and powerful vocal as well.

Great track - takes me back to the 70's, like listening to the less mainstream punk artists of the time. The sort of stuff John Peel would have played. Really cool !
