I am addicted to your strumming brother...

one of the things I love about open mics is I hear some really great guitar strumming.  There is something powerful about an acoustic guitar being strummed, even when, and especially when plugged in.  I never learned this until the last few years.  Now I see it clearly. 

I just wish I could beam you right in at some of the open mics I go to... that way i could actually watch the magic happen as you do this.
