Wiley, found this on howards forums:

To put ringtones or wallpaper on you Alltel Hue (Samsung SCH-R500)...

Go to http://www.axcessmypics.com and register your phone (It's free)
Then once registered, go to albums, you can create and album or just use the default ones, choose upload, then upload your ringtone/wallpaper

*NOTE* it says filesize limit it 2mb, but you can't send anything over 300kb to your phone through the messaging system*

Then click on the messaging tab then under "Send a Picture Message to a Wireless Phone" click create. Then you can enter a subject (or leave it blank) enter your phone number in the send to field (I added myself to my addresses to make it easier) then scroll down to "Media Library" on the left select the album the ringtone/wallpaper is in, then select the item in the box on the right, then itll take you back to the top. MAKE SURE to click "add to message" before you click send otherwise youll get a blank message. Once you get the MMS message on your phone just save the file and set it as your ringtone/wallpaper.

This works for all Alltel phones (but only Alltel phones), but since there is no other way to get stuff on the Hue besides buying them, I posted it in here.

Alternatively, you can copy wallpapers to the "My_Images" folder on your TransFlash card. But this does not work for ringtones.

Once upon a time Ringtones were limited to 30 seconds, no more. From the time the ringer starts until it hits voice mail dictated this.
