Bottle of wine

Got a box of goodies of my daughter, in it was a bottle of what i thought was maybe Vodka as it said triple distilled but I think it is wine it is all written in Italian she said she bought it because it was my namesake Alexander, the bottle looks to nice to open... Lol

I opened it last night Alfredo, it turned out I have had similar for years, Raki, from Crete very enjoyable

Great! My only worry was if you could drink it as a wine... 

Grappa comes from North-East of Italy. It's an Alpine liquor. Probably the most popular brand is Nonino.
