Sorry is a drawn out five season box-set show. Our doleful lead character gradually reveals his backstory and we viewers try to figure out;
- just what is his dark secret
- is he exaggerating, trying to leverage his gloom to gain the sympathy of an individual or group, or
- maybe he's actually just overthinking it and things are not that bad after all.

Each season grows incrementally darker as new characters and plot twists come and go.

Then, in the two hour finale at the end of season five we realise in a moment of clarity what we kind of knew all along;
- that we actually don't give the slightest shit about the story or any of the characters, and
- that we've just wasted more than fifty hours of our lives.

And like the show, the track grew bigger and bigger.

It started as a guitar noodle capture, then another juxtaposed alongside it, then overlay upon overlay upon overload. Now we have;
As many as seven guitar tracks (Tokai Telecaster)
Three keyboards (GarageBand)
Two bass tracks (GB)
Drums (GB)
A field recording I made last Thursday whilst at a gig (a band called Sorry, which is where I got the track name from)
A vocal track of sorts
Overdrive - Distortion - Hyperactivity
Yesterdays shatter, tomorrows don't matter

Hi ODH,
I agree with Stephen, very nice guitar track on this song.

I love the chords and guitar playing on here, very inventive with a touch of Beatles, Zappa and maybe even Fripp especially with that soaring lead work at the end! Great track!
