Fleetwood Mac - Dreams

In the Chorus

Thunder only happens when it's raining
Players only love you when they're playing
Say... Women... they will come and they will go
When the rain washes you clean... you'll know, you'll know

sounds like

When the rain washes you clean your nose.. clean your nose!

Ah, a great one...

Listening to Horslips "I'll Be Waiting" and thought i Heard the line "But I'm A Wanker!"

Looked it up and someone else heard the same...

Horslips', "I'll Be Waiting"
Misheard Lyrics:
But I'm a wanker
Could never say a line to save my life.
Original Lyrics:
But I'm no actor
Could never say a line to save my life.

Interestingly (possibly!), the same web page says... "Misheard lyrics (also called mondegreens) occur when people misunderstand the lyrics in a song".

I've just discovered a form of misheard lyrics called "Soramimi". It's interpreting lyrics in one language as similar-sounding lyrics in another language.

Apparently, there was a guy on YouTube called Buffalax who added English lyrics to foreign-language music videos. Unfortunately, his YouTube account was terminated because of copyright complaints. But lots of other people have done similar videos which they describe as Buffalax Style or Buffalaxed.

Here are some examples:

"No Butt Candy"
The original is by a South African singer named Kurt Darren. It's called "Af en af" and is sung in the Afrikaans language.

"That Scottish Bitch"
The original is by a Russian group called Zveri. The song title is "Do skoroy vstrechi!".

Totally Gay
The original is "Yeh Dosti" from the 1975 Indian action-adventure film "Sholay". The language is Hindi.

O Fortuna
This one was posted earlier in this topic by Migs. But it fits the Soramimi definition and it's a beauty, so I thought I'd re-post it. The language is medieval Latin.
