A little over a year ago I was contacted by an old friend and asked if I wanted to be involved in a concept album he had in mind - a musical tale about Captain Scott of the Antarctic.  Bryan Causton and I were in a folk/rock band together in the 80's and did a lot of gigs.

Bryan plays mandolin, acoustic guitars, banjo.  His partner Penni McLaren-Walker does vocals and also plays acoustic guitars.  Martin Bright is an orchestral percussionist.  I played electric guitars, keyboards and played most of the orchestral parts.  The story is narrated by Jeremy Harmer.  The album was done remotely and sent to Bryan who mixed and compiled everything.

The project is now complete and they have put a few videos up on youtube which I would love to share with you people.  The project seems to be gaining some interest - helped by the fact that Bryan worked for years for the British Antarctic Survey.

I am pleased to have been part of it and hope you enjoy.

Oh - I should also add that The British Antarctic Survey supplied the footage for the videos.
