A new version of an old tune. I've experimented with a few harmonies just for fun. ;D  ;D  8)

Those things we take for granted - when we're young and immature - will surely return to haunt us when we're old and insecure

Greeny

This is lovely. Gentle vocals and some sumptuous, jazzy chord changes. The sparseness and the space really works - it allows the harmonies to shine. A little bit Crosby Stills & Nash in places (on the bits where it goes up), which is no bad thing. Excellent!

Zoltan

Jazzy and smooth. I also get those Crosby, Stills & Nash vibes from this. And it's a high compliment!

this is beautiful work Andy.  I am really loving the vocals a ton.  Your playing is always lovely to the max.  These vocals are superb.  Super well recorded.  wouldn't mind hearing a bit about your recording process here..

Because the Hook brings you back
I ain't tellin' you no lie
The hook brings you back
On that you can rely

Ella

Yes. Beautiful smooth jazzy song with a wonderful old-fashioned feeling.

This is a lovely song, looks like I am being transported to the great years of the 70's.
Very nice melody and lyrics!
The recording is perfect, and I love the guitar accompaniment, and the chords are nice to the ears.
Thanks for this song!
