Man I love the way you sing.  It reminds me of Michael Knott, and Tom Waits, this song has gravitas, and your vocals bring the amazing songwriting to life.

Now I'm gonna do a song with Castanets and feel that has bits of AfroCuban and Flamenco.   I was recently reintroduced to Buena Vista Social club and I so dig that AfroCuban sound.  This has that AfroCuban/Flamenco hybrid feel.

I never had the chance to hear your original, but this remake is sounding amazing. What a great song. Love the lyrics ( I think we all know someone like that) you have a great voice too. The music is all good, I too like the castanets. Great production.
